Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we can deliver goods directly to your site. However, we require that you have offloading equipment on-site and adequate access for a minimum of 30' rigid lorries. If there are any accessibility concerns, please let us know when placing your order.
Please note that delivery dates and times are estimates and may be subject to change. Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods and that offloading facilities are in place.
Can I collect my goods from your factory?
Yes, you can collect your goods directly from our factory.
Collection Hours:
Monday to Thursday: Until 4 PM
Friday: Until 3 PM
Lunch Break: 12:30 PM to 1 PM
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, cash, and card payments via telephone.
How do I submit my plans or sketches?
Please send your sketches or plans to info@befab.com, and we will connect you with one of our sales team members.
What is the average lead time for orders?
